Week 1: Getting Started

Here we discuss an overview of the 6-month program and the structure of the program including our weekly video lessons and our live group Q&A sessions.

An overview of this month's module. In this month's module, we will look at an overview of biomedical interventions using dietary approaches. We will review the different diets that have been found helpful for autism symptoms and start to implement dietary changes. We will also look at hydration practices for optimal cellular and brain functionality and address issues with water quality.

Week 2: Nutrition Part 1: Healing Foods & Addressing Picky Eating

In this lesson, healing foods that can be helpful for individuals on the spectrum are discussed. In particular, we discuss the benefits of camel's milk and the research behind it.

Here we discuss healing foods that can be helpful for restoring gut health and for brain health. In particular, how to incorporate fermented foods and brain-healing foods into a loved one's diet are discussed.

In this lesson, we discuss causes of picky eating and how to address it.

Week 3: Nutrition Part 2: The Autism Wellbeing Diet

3 Lessons

In this lesson, the basic framework for understanding macronutrients as part of a new diet is discussed.

Research behind dietary interventions for autism is discussed as a means to determine which diet might be best.

In this lesson, dietary inventions are discussed and the guidelines for the Autism Wellbeing Diet are explained.

Week 4: Looking at Food as a Pathway to Gut Restoration & Reducing Inflammation

Instructions for filling out the food and behavior journal for 1 week once have switched to the Autism Wellbeing Diet.

Here we look at common food allergies for children on the spectrum including nightshades, phenols, and mycotoxins and how to address them.

Week 2: How To Select Supplements

In this lesson, we discuss what kinds of primary care providers can be helpful as well as provide resources for how to find a specialized primary care provider in your area.

An understanding of autism is presented from a biomedical perspective to provide a backdrop against which to understand nutritional supplementation for autism.

Supplements can be of varying quality and strengths depending on supplement brands. In this lesson, we discuss how to select supplements and which criteria to use.

In this lesson, tips and strategies for giving supplements to children and sensitive individuals are discussed.

In this video, we discuss how to read a supplement label and the different kinds of supplements.

Week 3: An Initial Protocol for Autism And ADHD

Understanding the underlying medical reasons for different symptoms of autism including speech issues, sleep issues, developmental delays, and behavioral issues.

An initial supplement protocol for autism that can be utilized based on your child's unique labwork in conjunction with your personal care provider's guidance.

The interesting research behind a comprehensive diet and supplement protocol is discussed and reviewed.

Why Detoxification Matters for Autism

5 Lessons

An overview video for this month's module. In this module, we will look at how to minimize exposure to toxins from the environment by detoxing the home from top to bottom. Strategies for minimizing toxin exposure internally and externally will be discussed.

In this lesson, research on toxins and environmental factors for autism is reviewed as well as a basic understanding for detoxification and how oxidative stress affects autism.

In this lesson, how to address impaired sulfation and methylation pathways in autism is explained.

Here, how toxins affect the body and common symptoms that may indicate a need for detoxification are explained, as well as how to assess your home and school for exposure to toxins.

An overview video for this month's module. In this month's module, we will look at addressing sleep issues in your child including insomnia, chronic fatigue, and enuresis. We will also discuss how to optimize the circadian rhythm and help your child to improve their sleep habits.

In this month's module we will look at movement-based modalities and forms of exercise that can be helpful for improved cognition, right and left brain hemisphere integration, and mood regulation. Other activities such as grounding will also be covered for their positive benefits for overall health and mood.

In this month's module, we will cover how to bring the body and brain back into an optimal homeostatic state using cutting-edge biohacking technologies and modalities to bring the brain back into balance. Different modalities and technologies that can help with having an optimal brainwave state, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, and help with greater harmony between the two hemispheres of the brain will be explored.

About the Teacher

Julie Lapidus, MSc, MSc, LMT

Julie Lapidus has been researching the top innovations and methods in the field of brain health and autism for the last 16 years. She is the founder and CEO of Autism Evolution, which helps those on and off the spectrum find wellbeing from within. 


She has been trained by some of the top health practitioners in the world. She is also an expert in the usage of innovative health technologies and biohacking. She has consulted with clients in both outpatient and residential settings. 


She holds a Master’s of Science in Sustainable Development from HEC Paris and a Master's of Science in Sustainable Management from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. She also served as a director of an integrative behavioral health facility for 3 years.  


She is currently in the process of publishing her first book on the causes of autism and how to address it. Having survived 5 NDE’s, she has gained a lot of knowledge on what it takes to heal and learned new methods of healing with each step of her own journey back to wellbeing. 


In addition to being a holistic wellbeing coach and biohacking expert, she is a certified natural vision improvement coach, a licensed massage therapist (specializing in CranioSacral therapy), and an intuitive emotional healing coach.
